Under our 30-day easy return policy after delivery, simply contact our support team with your order ID and proof of unboxing (photo & video), and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Most cubes are factory-lubed for smooth turning right out of the box.
For the best performance, we recommend using cube lube (available in our store).
👉 At the moment, we do not offer pre-setup or tuning services.
All cubes are shipped brand new, unopened, and unused, so you get a fresh out-of-the-box experience every time.
Q7. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, we offer COD only in India.
- 30% advance payment is required to confirm your order
- The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery
- A 0.60$ COD fee is charged by courier partners
