1. Order Cancellations
a. General: You may cancel an order for products available on the Platform subject to the terms outlined in this Policy.
b. Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 2 days from the time the order is placed. After this period, cancellations may not be possible. Cancellation is not possible if the item has been despatched or Shipped.

d. Refunds: If You cancel an order within the specified cancellation window, any payments made will be refunded to Your original payment method within 5-7 at no extra cost.
2. Services Cancellations
a. General: Services booked or scheduled through the Platform are subject to the terms outlined in this section.
b. Cancellation Window: Service bookings can be canceled within 2 days from the time the booking was made. After this period, cancellations may not be possible even if the order is shipped in some cases.

d. Refunds: If You cancel an order within the specified cancellation window, any payments made will be refunded to Your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
3. Exceptions
a. Customized or Personalized Products/Services: Cancellations may not be possible for products or services that have been customized or personalized to Your specifications.
b. Digital Products: Cancellations for digital products (e.g., downloadable content) may not be possible once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Changes to Orders
a. If You wish to make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate Your request, but changes may not be possible after a certain point.
